The produce of these high lands that bring in winds from the sea and from the continent.
Monastrell from old vines.
Complex on the nose with notes of Mediterranean mountain herbs and ripe fruit. Flavourful and velvety on the palate.

Best consumed within 18-24 months of purchase.

Climate: the average annual temperature ranges from 6°C to 24°C; over 3,000 hours of sunshine per year
Soil: mostly limestone, loams and clays
Terrain: valleys with SW/NE Prebaetic System corridors transitioning between the Manchegan and Levantine landscapes
Annual precipitation: 250 mm on average per year
Vine age: between 5 and 25 years

Fermentation at 22°C in stainless steel tanks
Alcohol content: 13%
Total acidity: 5 g/l as tartaric acid
Volatile acidity: 0.5 g/l as acetic acid
Residual sugar: 2.5 g/l
