TASTING NOTE:
Made using a selection of Monastrell grapes using the traditional solera system. The best and oldest oak barrels are used in a rigorously ordered process to obtain and quality and characteristics of this wonderful wine, produced using aged sediments known as the solera madre that date back to the year 1972. Beautifully amber in colour, with mahogany and copper tones. On the nose it offers a complex array of aromas, with toasted notes reminiscent of nuts, figs, prunes and coffee. It is both dry and smooth on the palate as well as warm, leaving an aftertaste of a broad range of fine woods.
