Red wine made from a selection from our oldest vineyards of the varieties
Monastrell and Cabernet. The grapes are harvested by and the wine is produced using a long maceration period to extract all the polyphenolic potential. After ageing for one year in new American oak barrels, the wine is fined with egg whites and bottled, staying in our cellars for at least six months before coming onto the market.
Intense and brilliant ruby in colour, the wine has a complex aroma of ripe fruit with notes of spice.
It is broad and flavourful on the palate, full of nuances with a long, persistent finish.
